Hi
Morning 9 am I started oracle 10.2.0.1.0 database ,by 10.25am I got connection error.Then I restarted the server ,I am able to MOUNT the database, while OPENNING I am getting the following error
Error:ORA-01157: cannot identify/lock data file 7 -see DBWR trace file
ORA-01110:data file 7: '\\host_number\F$\----\INDX_DATA.DBF

My alert log file error

I am getting error as

kwqidafp: cursor from different session
kwqidafp: cursor from different session

In the trace file teng_ora_1996,I am getting error as

ksedmp: internal or fatal error

How to recover the database ?

Have a look at bdump directory.

Afaik, Oracle never supported UNC for data files as instance should be started with a local user and not a domain one.
Have a look if your host is up and share/directory accessible by Oracle instance owner.
