Taking Schedule Backup through RMAN [message #257721]

Hi,

I am using Oracle 10g client Machine. I want to take take the schedule backup through RMAN. Can anyone give the process for doing so. I am new for oracle.

Rman has no scheduler. Use OS scheduler. You can use Em (Oracle Suggested Backup) to achive this.

i had taken two backups and stored in different locations
eg:
/ora/rman/backup

and

/oracle/rman/backup

i want to restore the /ora/rman/backup file
plz say what is the restore command?
