I have a database in host 'Arju'. I want to take this database to another machine and after replacing database new machine will hold the same IP and name as of 'Arju'. How I will do this??
1. Data import/Export?

2. RMAN Duplicate?
3. Any new feature?

After copying databse to new machine changing IP address/name create problem or not?

Every case depends on the situation for example if you are moving from single node to RAC enviroment DBCA template is the best option.
