In my database flashback feature is not enabled. But I saw in the recycle bin there are 3 dropped tables. And I can flashback them easily. Now my question is if they can be flashback so why is it essential to on flashback feature if I want to recover table to prior drop state.

Another question is if I dropped any column oif a table how I can recover them if I dont on my flashback feature as well as if I on my flashback feature.

There are several flashback features in Oracle.
Flashback to before drop relies on recycle bin but not on flashback feature you're thinking of.
This one (activated with alter database flashback on) is for flashback database/table to a point in time.
There are also flashback queries and transaction that relies on undo data and allow you to retrieve previous data, for instance.

Its necessary for full database flash back option but not for table to restore it from recyclebin.
Because when you enable flashback it start recording of your database status and when you want to use flash back its reads thats flash back logs.there are two new feature also used to fine out SCN_TO_TIMESTAMP and TIMESTAMP_TO_SCN.
