Many thanks

but, what is equal to this option in 9i export command

10g
expdp username/password DUMPFILE=test.dmp CONTENT=METADATA_ONLY

9i
exp username/password FILE=test.dmp CONTENT=METADATA_ONLY

to restrict export without data ?

Sorry, I said Google and search, I should add "and read documentation".

Just an obvious remark: "expdp" != "exp"
another one "exp help=yes".

Please refer the documentation at:
http://download-uk.oracle.com/docs/cd/B19306_01/server.102/b14215/exp_imp.htm#i1013164

As mentioned in the table 19-7 "Using Different Releases of Export and Import"
you need to use 'exp' utiilty to export the data from 10g database..so use the exp utility of oracle 9i version to do the export and then import..how do you do this? well connect from the place where u have the 9i export utility to the 10g database and the use the 9i export utility.
