Kindly help me to prepare the documentation of oracle9i failures and the methods with commands to be followed in case of failure.

Hi,

I need the steps to recover the database from several failures like disk failure, Media Failure, User Failure etc..in detail with commands.

If possible kinldy give me the documentation of recovery process done by you previously.
