Hi,here is my scenario .

DB in archive log mode.
daily hot backup+archvives are available
But control file is 15 days old ,but there is no file addition or DB altereation

some datafiles are missing .Wht strategy i can use to recover it.Is it possibel to recover to the point ?

Why not?
Restore your full/level 0 backup.
Apply incrementals.
Choose your timestamp.
