Have full backup with rman and archivelog at this morning,but lost some archive log after this 15;30,how to retrieve much of my data throug hrecover?

You cannot get it back. Data in the lost redo logs are gone forever.

so only recover before 15:30(archvie logs at 15:30 are exists)?

I can recover database to this morning,but how to recover to 15;30?

Yes, restore the database from the last good backup and roll forward as far as possible.
