When i start database with startup command i get this error

SQL> startup
ORACLE instance started.

Total System Global Area 73701404 bytes
Fixed Size 75804 bytes
Variable Size 56770560 bytes
Database Buffers 16777216 bytes
Redo Buffers 77824 bytes
Database mounted.
ORA-01122: database file 1 failed verification check
ORA-01110: data file 1: 'D:\ORACLE\ORADATA\DG\SYSTEM01.DBF'
ORA-01200: actual file size of 55553 is smaller than correct size of 56832
blocks

Actully i was restore my backup through import command during this IMPORT process electricity power failure and the result is as above i dont have any dbf file please tell me any procedure for running my db without reinstalling

It did not recover the system file correctly or completely. There is no fix that I am aware of that rebuilds the system file. You might just try the imp again after saving and removing the database files you did recover.

Are you saying that you are using EXPORTS as your backup mechanism? EXPORTS are fine as a complement to a RMAN or cold/hot backup, but I wouldn't consider using EXPORTS as backups for a production system.

If you still have a valid export, then you may want to recreate a database with DBCA and then import your file.
