I was using oracle 8.1.5.0.0. I used backup my data using the EXP command. My machine crashed yesterday. I once again reinstalled Oracle and tried importing my data using the IMP command. I had about 6 users in my export DUMP. I was unable to import only 4 users. When I tried the next 2 users, the system table space started to grow abnormally and it reported out of space error while importing. What should be done to import the data ?.

Why are these two users (and others) having system tablespace as the default tablespace?
Bad bad practise.
create a new tablespace, assign it to the user as default tablespace and allocate quota. Do not give RESOURCE role to the user. Try again.
