SQL> alter database open;
alter database open
*
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-01190: controlfile or data file 1 is from before the last RESETLOGS
ORA-01110: data file 1: 'C:\ORACLE\ORADATA\TESTDB1\SYSTEM01.DBF'

i cant open database. can anyone help me to solve this problem ?

You are trying to restore a database from an old backup that has been taken before resetlogs and Oracle doesn't allows you to do it.

I believe you are using Oracle 9i.
