I want backup my database offline by this way.

I copies Control, relo log, datafile file to a directory. When I need backup database, I will copies files from directory to database'location. Then I run command "recover database".

I don't known what is bdump,cdump, Do I copies two files to a directory?
Can anybody help me?

You don't need to backup your BDUMP, UDUMP, CDUMP, etc directories. However, also include things like the parameter file (INIT.ORA), password file, etc.

I have a database.
1. My database is TEST
2. I backup offline TEST at Monday
3. I recover my database at Monday and my database is fail at friday and.
4. after Recovering. My database includes infomation which is into database before Monday. therefore I have lost data form Monday to Friday.
5. Can you tell me to get back datas which is into Database from Monday to Friday
