Hi,

I need to clone an oracle application to new sever but where there is no Oracle software is installed.

Can I get my Oracle up just by copy across the Oracle home from one server where its was up and running

what all I need to take care while doing this

Puneet ==> Think logical is it possible without software

you need oracle software of same version at new server for cloning.

For this you have to study document Laughing for cloning & link provided by tarun..

Or i have to prepare doc showing steps for cloning ..for you Razz
