Hi All
in my DB i have 7 users(schemas),and 100MB Data,OK
System was crashed...entire C:\ was dameged but D:\ is fine
my sysadministratorhe copied all files which belong my present DB(all DBF,ctl,redolog),with this file how can i get DB back
every day evening we are taking Backups,but this thing happend it 2:30 PM so, if we restore the database we have to lose 1 day data
Datafiles I have:
Index01.dbf
system01.dbf
temp01.dbf
tools01.dbf
undotbs01.dbf
user01.dbf
i want DB back with schemas and all please some body help me

hey
dont loose heart.. in case u r not having control file with u, u can recreate it and then recover database. But remember care has to be taken in recreating control file. If u omit any datafile there, then frankly ur database is gone....

Hi,
The information provided is not enough. Is the operating system working? where is oracle software installed? What type of backup are taken? how did the system administrator copied the files?
If you can provide the information that someone might be able to help you.
