how can we make backups to diffrenet server machine or remote machine

what?...is not easy to understando what you need.
Yo can setup RMAN utility to backup your DB. And you can configure RMAN to do backup to disk devices, so, your disk devices can be network devices belonging to another machine...
is that what you want?

hi
not using rman using os iwant to move to different loacation but whehter its problems when restoring or how oracle recognises the backup whent the time to restore

OK, you only have to shutdown normal your DB and copy all datafiles, redolog files and controlfiles to destination.
When restoring, you only need to shutdown your instance and copy all your datafiles, controlfiles and redologfiles back to original destination.
