When using Rman the datafiel or tablespace will be backed up within few times.What exactly the backuppiece contains.if we backed up around 10mb of datafile the rman backup contains only 200kb backup piece what it contains exactly

If you backup a datafile using RMAN, RMAN will backup only the used blocks, Unused blocks are not copied.
This is the reason why your 20mb file is showing as 200kb.
This is one of the good features of RMAN.
