error during register the database using RMAN [message #56102]

Hi,
while register my database using RMAN utility, i got
the following errors.Before this step, i executed all the steps required.(i.e connect to target database,
connect to catalog database ).Can any one give the solutions.

RMAN-03022: compiling command: register
RMAN-03023: executing command: register
RMAN-03026: error recovery releasing channel resources
RMAN-00569: ================error message stack follows================
RMAN-03006: non-retryable error occurred during execution of command: register
RMAN-07004: unhandled exception during command execution on channel default
RMAN-10015: error compiling PL/SQL program
RMAN-10033: error during compilation of job step 1: ORA-04029: error ORA-904
occurred when querying ORA_KGLR7_DEPENDENCIES
